What does it mean to Believe?

As Christians we believe in the unseen, we believe that He has set us free, we believe in love, and we believe in our Faith! We can not see what is before us but we believe and trust that it is in the Lord's hands! To believe in something is to have faith, confidence, and trust in what ever it may be. Why do we so many times fall into this world & put our faith, confidence, and trust in things of this world, but forget about the one and only thing that is true of this world!?

Psalm 118:8 “It is better to trust in the LORD than to put confidence in man.”

 God is the only one who is always there, who we can always trust, and who we can have confidence that he will provide and get us through any situation! Sometimes we may not understand why the Lord does things but always remember everything happens in His way & in His time. Even though times may be hard, the Lord will never give us a battle to hard for us to fight!

1 Corinthians 10:13 No temptation has seized you except what is common to man. And God is faithful; he will not let you be tempted beyond what you can bear. But when you are tempted, he will also provide a way out so that you can stand up under it.

Sometimes in life the things of this world will bring us down, but we just have to always remember to believe that the Lord will set us free! After all He did die just for you & me, & oh yea by the way He knows our names & he knows us so well he knew us before we were born! He knows what we have been through & He loves us all the same.
